Fractal Systems Inc. is a private Canadian company that is engaged in the business of upgrading heavy-oil and bitumen, by applying proprietary technology.

Fractal’s technology destructures, with minimum or no cracking, heavy crudes into oils of improved chemical properties by changes in structure. The destructured oils are easier to handle, deasphalt and upgrade.

Fractal will be active in manufacturing & licensing systems to oil producers
and refineries as well as in operating its systems alone or in partnership
as a merchant processor of heavy oil.
